Youpet is an online social network devoted to Pets and their great owners. The site is more like YouTube then Myspace and offers a better layout for videos and pictures. The forums seem to be popular and there is lots of new pets coming online everyday.
Dogster and Catster are similar but only allow you to register that Cats or Dogs. The navigation and layout is similar to myspace in the way you customize your pets page. The sites seems to be popular but with enough pets but the forums lacked a bit.
Also another popular site is Fuzzster which is for cats. This site is similar to Facebook layout and seems to be interesting but it's still in beta and doesn't seem like it has enough content.
I think whatever your choice is Pet Social Networking is fun and a great way to have people interact with your pet that are distances away. Also I think Social Networking sites are great for Kids and could provide informative fun for youth. Since they can learn about different animals and interact with out pet owners.
